Hard Copy

In the case of physical products, cancellation of an order is possible subject to proper justification of the case through an e-mail communication addressed to Director ISED. Cancellation in such cases is possible only in cases where the product is pending to be dispatched by ISED. Dispatched products, in no case, will be taken back. Refund can be initiated against such products.

Soft Copy

Refund, in no case, is admissible in the case of soft copies of documents. Before moving to the shopping cart, potential buyers are advised to get prior clarifications, if any, needed over and above the specifications given in the website.
