IPR Policy.

All ISED products, including publications in print or in electronic forms, and other products like Manuals, Training Materials etc.. either in hard form or electronic, are covered under our intellectual property rights. No part of such materials may be reproduced or utilised in any form or by any means electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage or retrieval system, without permission in writing from the Director ISED.

Counterfeits or Refurbished Products.

ISED products are a manifestation of the Institutes good will, and therefore are subject to the Institute's Intellectual Property rights. It is a criminal offence to make gains financially, in terms of reputation or in any other ways by using such IPR, without written permission from the ISED.

Cancellation of Orders.

All ISED products are properly introduced with clear product description, including ISBN, No. of pages, Year of Publication, Category of Publication and Keywords. The electronic version of the product description, carried by the Institute's shopping cart, explains such product description adequately. In case of lack of clarity, the potential consumer is required to get it clarified at his/her own cost and risk, through an e-mail communication addressed to the Director (director@isedonline.org) and receipt of valid reply of the same. In the case of physical products, cancellation of an order is possible subject to proper justification of the case through an e-mail communication addressed to Director ISED. Cancellation in such cases is possible only in cases where the product is pending to be dispatched by ISED. Dispatched products, in no case, will be taken back. Refund can be initiated against such products.

Dispute

In the case of disputes, the same will initially be left to the decision of Director ISED. Beyond this, the matter will be referred to an arbitrator appointed by ISED.

Arbitration

Such arbitration will take place in the State of Kerala subject to the jurisdiction of Cochin city.
