The focus of this year's Report is on MSME development strategies. There are two types of strategies that have been advocated: selective strategies and b) strategies that are meant to be inclusive and to enhance the entrepreneurship base of the country. Ideas on promotion of 'inclusive entrepreneurship', and Impact Investments, are tuned towards the social angle of enterprise development. Regarding expansion of market opportunities, the Report advocates strategies such as Finance Park, Self employment Exchange, and innovations in cluster development strategies.
